    Hello and Welcome.  My name is Carrie Bianchi and I am the School Nurse and Health Teacher at West Ridge School.  I have been a nurse for 33 years and have been the West Ridge School Nurse for 15 years.  

    I am married to my husband Frank for 33 years.  We have two children, Andrea 27 and Matthew 24.  We also have two dogs, Frankie and Chloe.  

    Please contact me if you have any questions about student wellness, health care, medication administration, or immunizations.  

    I teach periodic Health classes to all grade levels.

    Please note that all Kindergarten (5 year) immunizations are do to be completed by September 30, 2015.
    If there is any problem completing them by that date, please contact me by phone or e-mail. Written documentation needs to be provided to school before this date.
