The mission of the Department of Instructional Technology is to support the integration of technology in the classroom, in order to further student engagement and the growth of 21st Century skills. The Department emphasizes the use of tools to enhance student participation, collaboration, and problem-solving.
Technology tools and software are integrated into each department. All students in Park Ridge, from grades 5 through 12, utilize one Learning Management System: Schoology. Currently, all students in Park Ridge, from grades 4 through 12 have G Suite for Education accounts, featuring Google tools such as Docs, Sheets, and Forms.
