New Jersey has scheduled the NJSLA in Math, ELA, and Science for the Spring of 2024. Students in grades 3-9 will take assessments in Math and ELA, and students in grades 5, 8, and 11 will take an assessment in Science. 

The current testing window for the NJSLA is in May of 2025.

Results from the NJSLA are available as part of our assessment presentations.

Your student's school will share complete details on scheduling, make-ups, and any necessary changes to the school day prior to testing. 

Park Ridge Students took the newly required Start Strong Assessments in the 2020-2021 and 2022-2023 school years, as part of an early assessment to identify learning gaps. The State of New Jersey has discontinued this test. 

Results are available as part of our test score/assessment presentations. 

Each year, the State of New Jersey requires that each district inform parents of all standardized testing in the district. We often add in any district benchmark testing as well, so parents are aware. 

Please note that not all students will take every test on the list.
