HS Graduation Requirements

New Jersey has two main guidelines for graduation requirements. 

New Jersey requires that students complete a full course of study. This is a minimum requirement required by the Department of Education, and districts may set more demanding graduation requirements. Secondly, New Jersey requires that students fulfill an assessment requirement in order to graduate. Details on that assessment requirement for the classes of 2023 through 2025 may be found on the DOE's website here.
