Performances
This is a tentative schedule of performances for the marching band, inclusive of football games, festivals, parades, and pep band performances. The schedule is subject to changes, revisions, deletions, and additions. All marching band members will be traveling to and from the school for performances on the board provided buses. If there are unforeseen circumstances and a band member must leave after the performance, band members are ONLY permitted to leave with their parents or legal guardians and only if advanced notice is given. A signed note will be needed if the band member is leaving with anyone other than a parent or legal guardian.
NOTE: If, for some reason, you miss the bus, it is your obligation to get to the performance site and it must be with a parent or legal guardian. Band members will not be allowed to drive to a site by themselves or with other band members in their car. Band members will not travel to a performance site with any persons under the age of twenty-one.
If you are meeting us at the game, festival, parade, or pep band performance, you are responsible for everything you need including full uniform and instrument. Any band member traveling with an adult other than their parent or legal guardian must bring a note in advance signed by their parent or legal guardian that states:
“I relieve the Park Ridge Schools of all liability and give my child (name) permission to travel to (name the site) with (Name the Person transporting your child).”
Please be sure to sign and date the note.FOOTBALL GAME SCHEDULE
