• The state of New Jersey requires annual health screenings for all students. Screenings for height, weight, blood pressure, vision, hearing and scoliosis will be conducted as per New Jersey State Code (N.J.A.C. 6A16-2.2). Indications for concerns revealed during screenings are reported to the parents, and a referral form will be sent home for follow up with the appropriate physician.
