Policy on refunds due to program closures.
The District does refund money for dates where there are school closures that prevent the program from running as scheduled.
From November 1st through March 31st, the district will keep track of any closures or delays which are a result of inclement weather. In April, the district will issue a credit to each family impacted on those days at the Board approved reimbursement rate.
Should school be closed on dates outside the range listed above, reimbursement will be made within 30 days of the occurrence.
